LOFUTEC obtained the US UL220R insulation system certification.
The manufacturing plant obtained the exclusive agency of ELECTRONICON in China and obtained GOST and EAC certification.
August 2-12th anniversary celebration, moved to the new factory.
Obtained TUV certification and was recognized as a Kunshan Science and Technology Growth Enterprise, Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise, and Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation.
Moved to the current factory on KunJia Road.

Specializing in reactors, capacitors, filters, and transformers production since 2004, our primary production plant in Kunshan city spans an area of 20,000 square metres.
R&D teams are located in Gelsenkirchen & Taipei and hold about 120 patents related to our products.
In 2023, Drosseln GmbH invested in Jiangsu LTEC Electric Co., Ltd. to reform into a Sino-German joint venture.

Strong R&D Capabilities
Our strong R&D capabilities are a commitment to innovation and excellence. Located in Taiwan, our R&D center boasts over 30 years of expertise in reactor and transformer design, consistently delivering performance that surpasses industry standards.
As of 2023, LTEC has secured more than 120 invention patents, utility model patents, software copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.
Since 2018, we have been recognized as a Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation, fostering deep collaborations with prestigious institutions such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University.
Standardized Production
The company strictly adheres to IQNET and CQC-certified ISO9001 and 14001, as well as relevant management system standards such as intellectual property, for quality control, and promotes digital management in the production process to ensure product traceability.
We choose insulation materials certified by UL and ROHS, and perform VPI vacuumpressure impregnation treatment on all produced reactors and transformers as a whole. Its insulation system is H-grade (temperature resistance of 180 degrees), and transformer products can also choose R-grade (temperature resistance of 220 degrees).
LTEC automatic vacuum impregnation system is a sophisticated solution used primarily to seal porosity in cast metal parts, sintered components, powdered metal parts, and other porous materials. Its automated nature offers significant advantages over manual or semi-automatic processes, making it a preferred choice for high-volume, high-quality manufacturing.
Testing Capacity
The testing capabilities at the Kunshan factory are extensive and cover an area of over 1,500 square meters.
The facility is equipped to conduct comprehensive tests on dry-type reactors and transformers, including routine tests, type tests, and special tests such as temperature rise, withstand voltage, and lightning impulse tests.
To ensure quality and reliability, all products undergo 100% testing during both production and shipment phases. Complete test reports are provided for thorough product inspection.
A 1200KV lightning impulse system for high-voltage testing. A harmonic generator capable of producing harmonics from the 2nd to the 50th order, useful for analyzing power quality and performance.
The Kunshan factory can conduct comprehensive tests on dry-type reactors and transformers, such as temperature rise, withstand voltage, lightning impulse, and other routine tests, type tests, and special tests.
All of our product production processes and shipments undergo 100% testing with complete testing reports.
LTEC is equipped with comprehensive testing and experimental equipment, such as a 1200 kV lightning impulse system, a shielded partial discharge laboratory (background <1PC), etc.
